1. According to Panamanian law no one under the age of 18 is permitted to make a wager. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
2. All wagering rules are clearly outlined within this website, in the General Sports Rules section. These are subject to change at any time without prior written notification.
3. Wager maximums and minimums are set at the discretion of Superbook, and can be altered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Superbook reserves the right to cancel, limit, refuse, or restrict any member's wager at any time.
5. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, the company reserves the right to deem all wagers “no action” and return all monies accordingly.
6. All sporting events must be played on the date scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled, that event will automatically constitute "no action" unless otherwise stated. No action means all monies for that event will be refunded. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport by Superbook. Superbook does not recognize suspended games, protest games, overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes.
7. In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Superbook of the fore mentioned error without delay. Unless otherwise notified by Superbook, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.
8. Disputes must be notified within three (3) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honored after this period. The client is solely responsible for their account transactions.
9. A member may have only ONE account at Superbook. We reserve the right to close or disable a member's account without notice in cases where Superbook, at its sole discretion, deems this appropriate. Members found opening or using multiple accounts in an attempt to manipulate sports wagering limits or masking their true identity will forfeit all winnings and be deactivated as a member.
10. Superbook must place an effective ceiling on the win amount of any and all wagers. No player at Superbook may receive or win an amount in excess of $25,000.00 USD per day, per event or combined in a parlay payout. All wagers are graded only after the contest is final.
11. For phone account winnings call Superbook offices to make a payout request. There are two methods of cash disbursements for our clients:
a) Make arrangements to pick up a check at our location on 52nd Street, Banking Area, Bella Vista, Panama City, Panama.
b) Request a bank transfer for the funds to be directly deposited into your bank account. To wire funds to your account, we will need:
i. The name of your bank.
ii. Your bank’s address.
iii. Your bank account number.
iv. Your bank’s ABA, Swift or routing numbers or bank branch numbers coupled to your account.
12. All winning tickets include a 5% tax deduction.

Rules for telephone betting
Superbook offers wagering on all major sporting contests, including basketball, baseball, American football, hockey, soccer, tennis, golf, horse and dog racing, motor racing, boxing and more at our Panama City location. Phone betting procedures:
• The customer must give their account number and password before to securely access their account information or place a wager.
• All conversations will be recorded and any discrepancies that arise shall be resolved by the use of the recording and any wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
• After wagers are placed by the customer and entered into the computer by the Superbook phone operator, the customer shall wait for the final readback for confirmation.
• The readback is then confirmed by the customer giving their account and password, and the phone call terminates. All readbacks are final.
• It is the customer's responsibility to listen carefully to the final readback. The final readback is the customer’s confirmation that the desired bet(s) have been properly placed.
Rules:

2. The minimum amount required to initiate your phone wagering account with Superbook is $50.00 USD. All funds received by the company from the member are deposited at our local bank, into a secure escrow account.
3. Superbook relies entirely upon the information provided by the member in the application in order to establish their own personal wagering account. Superbook is not responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the member.
4. The member agrees to take appropriate measures to protect his/her account number, password and other relevant information provided by Superbook. The member is liable for any unauthorized use of his/her wagering account. In the event a customer suspects a third party may have their client number and password, the customer may at any time ask Superbook to furnish the customer with a new client number and password.
5. THE READBACK IS FINAL: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone operator will read back the wagers. Listen closely. If the readback or confirmation is correct, the client must re-confirm wagers by stating their account number and password. If a client confirms a readback where the telephone operator made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the client to correct any errors during the readback.
6. In the event a customer does not hear the readback due to technical difficulties (disconnection, etc.) it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to confirm his/her wager(s) or the wager(s) will otherwise be voided. Please, call back to confirm your wager(s).
7. Wagers placed via the telephone are recorded on a tape system. In case of disputes, the tape will be replayed and the wager as confirmed on the tape will be deemed final. All online transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both Management and the player agree that the file tape backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be lodged within 72 hours from the time the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this time period. The member is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
